I love playing music and teaching. So much that I started this site and offer a slew of free content and lessons. While passion helps with creating content, donations from my subscribers to keep the lights on so to speak.

Donations help cover the base costs of running this site including hosting fees, domain costs, additional software costs etc as well as the time it takes to create free content. As an example, a single song breakdown can take days or weeks to complete between writing the sheet music, breaking down the ideas, and writing up the article. Then there’s the time spent for the ongoing updates to the site to make it easier / better etc. You get the idea – this is fun, but not free.
