1. General Information

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of products and services made through this website.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be effective upon posting on this page.
  • We reserve the right to refuse services to any individual or entity at any time for any reason.

2. Products and Shipping

2.1 Shipping Policy

  • Products are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order via carrier of our choosing.
  • If a product is returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information, additional fees may apply.
  • If a product is unavailable, you will be notified via email. At this time:
    • You may request a refund for the unfulfilled portion of your purchase.
    • If you choose to wait or do not respond, your order will be held until the product becomes available, at which point it will ship..
  • 2.2 Refund Policy for Books
  • Refunds for instructional music books may only be requested prior to shipment. Once a book has shipped, no refunds will be provided.
  • Damaged or defective books may be eligible for replacement at Matt C Bruno’s sole discretion. To inquire about a refund for damaged or defective books, please contact us at https://www.mattcbruno.com/contact/ within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

3. Personal Music Coaching

  • All sales are final on personal coaching.
    • No refunds will be provided for payments made for personal coaching services.
    • Coaching sessions are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice unless agreed to in writing by Matt C Bruno.
    • Personal Coaching sessions must be used within three (3) months of purchase. Unused sessions will be considered a donation to this site. No refunds will be provided.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We use secure third-party payment processors to ensure your financial information is protected.

5. Recurring Donation Benefits

  • Some recurring donations provide additional access and/or content.
    • Premium Content includes access content that is not available to the public, early access to content, or content created specifically for premium subscribers. If your recurring donation allows for premium access, you will receive a link to those items. If you have not received this link, please contact me for the link. There is not set schedule for new premium content to be released nor are there any guarantees that future premium content will be released. Premium Content is only valid to the person that made the donation while the recurring donation is active and cannot be shared with anyone else.
    • Custom Charts are available upon request by contacting me. Note, while I’ll do my best to work with any request, there are some songs or tunes I cannot create charts for due to legal issues, complexity, or other issues. Accordingly, unfortunately not all requests for custom charts can be honored.
    • Discount Codes for specific recurring donation tiers are provided via email. If you have not received your code, please contact me. Discount codes are only valid to the person that made the donation while the recurring donation is active and codes cannot be shared with anyone else.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Products: Orders for physical products can be canceled and refunded only before the item is shipped.
  • Digital Products: All sales of digital products, such as eBooks or downloadable content, are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to download your product, please email matt@mattcbruno.com and we’ll send you a PDF or similar file directly.
  • Coaching Services: Payments for personal coaching are final and non-refundable. If you cannot attend a schedule coaching session, you may reschedule by notifying matt@mattcbruno.com a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the session. No reschedules will be allowed within 48 hours of the scheduled time unless specifically agreed to in writing by Matt C Bruno. Requests to reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be reviewed and may be approved or denied at the sole and absolute discretion of Matt C Bruno.
  • Recurring or One Time Donations: All donations are non-refundable. If you would like to cancel a recurring donation, contact us at www.mattcbruno.com. Cancellation requests can take up to seven (7) business days.
  • In Person Courses: Refunds will be provided up to seven (7) days prior to the event less an event processing fee of $75 or 25% (whichever is less). This fee is charged due to the costs of hosting an event including the potential inability to fill the space, the additional marketing fees, additional site costs and etc. All refund request for in person courses should be directed to matt@mattcbruno.com. Refund requests made within seven (7) days of the event will not be honored without written approval from Matt C Bruno at his sole and absolute discretion. Registrations that occur within seven (7) days of the event will not be refunded period. If you miss the event for any reason, you will not be refunded your registration period.
  • Any specific service, donation, course or other payments not mentioned here are non-refundable unless specifically noted.

  • Coaching services are provided for educational purposes only. The application of techniques taught is the responsibility of the participant.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Seattle, Washington.
